Three statements. One is made up.
Two Truths and a Lie is the icebreaker everyone already knows, turned on the bride. Three statements about her go up on the big screen, everyone taps the one they think is the lie, and she reveals it from her own phone. It comes with a starter set, but the best rounds are the ones you write about her: the real story of how they met, next to two you invented.

How to play
Three steps- 1
Before the party, write her rounds in the editor: two true things about the bride and one convincing lie, in any order. The starter set works if you are short on time.

Each round puts three statements on the big screen. Everyone taps the one they think is the lie.

The bride taps the real lie on her phone. The reveal shows who saw through it, and a point goes to everyone who did.

Hosting tips
From real showers- Write the lie to sound like her. A lie that is obviously wrong gives the round away; the good ones are a real story with one detail changed.
- Ask her partner or her sister for the truths. The stories only her oldest friends know are the ones that split the room.
- Let her tell the true stories after the reveal. The game is the excuse; the storytelling is the point.
Questions
AnsweredDoes the bride know which one is the lie?
Yes. Whoever writes the rounds is in on it, and she taps the real lie on her phone at the reveal. On the starter set she taps the one that is not true of her.
Can I write my own statements?
Yes, and you should. The editor takes three statements per round, in any order, and this is the game that gets best when it is really about her.
How many rounds is it?
Eight rounds a game, about ten minutes. Write more than eight and each game draws a fresh shuffle from your list.
