Bride Society

Bridal shower game No. 10 · Free

We Listen and We Don't Judge

Anonymous confessions. The room guesses who.

The trend, turned into a game. A prompt like "Something the bride doesn't know I did..." goes on the screen and everyone writes a confession on their phone. The confessions go up anonymously, one at a time, and the room votes on who wrote each. Then the author is unmasked.

How to play

Three steps
  1. 1

A confession prompt goes up on the big screen and everyone writes theirs, privately, on their phone.

  2. 2

Confessions appear one at a time with no name. The room votes on who wrote it.

  3. 3

The host unmasks the author. Correct guesses score, and the author gets a point for every wrong one.

Hosting tips

From real showers
  • Warn the room it is anonymous but not permanent: every author gets unmasked.
  • Keep the prompts kind. "Something I did for her" reads better than "something she did wrong".
  • Let the bride guess first on every confession. She knows the handwriting.

Questions

Answered
Are the confessions really anonymous?

While the room votes, yes. The host unmasks each author afterwards, which is the point of the game.

Is it appropriate for a shower with family there?

The default prompts are gentle. Pick the ones that fit the room, or write your own in the editor.

How is it scored?

A point for guessing the author correctly, and the author scores for every guest they fooled.
